Good balance between softness and firmness

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this pillow for my boyfriend for Christmas who really struggles with neck and spinal arthritis. He LOVES it and is so picky with pillows, he’s tried almost every one of the big name pillows out there and this is his favorite. He has been sleeping soundly for 5 days now and hardly ever wake in the night. Definitely get this pillow if you are looking for a fast and deep sleep.

So Close! This pillow has so much potential to be the best side slippers pillow but lacks the loft. Another 1.5" would probably do. I've desperately been wanting to swap out my coop pillow but had to switch this out mid-night, first use. I hope Casper Labs makes the right modifications to make this pillow truly great. Until then...
