Very uncomfortable

This pillow was very uncomfortable and not worth the price. I was hoping it would help with my neck pain but it just made it worse. Also they have "free returns" but that is only if the product is not out of the box which is completely pointless. Do not waste your money.

Waking up with no neck pain and that Saturday morning refreshment every single morning and I’m loving it! Perfect for side and back sleepers!

This pillow is way too thick Hurt my neck. And not only that, BUYER BEWARE, YOU CANNOT RETURN PILLOWS THAT HAVE BEEN OPENED. THERE IS NO TRIAL PERIOD FOR SOFT GOODS. So now, I'm stuck with an expensive pillow that I cannot use.

A Great Pillow!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow has significantly improved my quality of sleep! It is firm but still lets you sink in a little bit. Perfect for side sleeping or back sleeping if you like your head higher up. It gets a lot less hot than other pillows and does not need the be fluffed. The removable protective cover works perfectly and if a huge advantage compared to regular pillows. Really happy with this investment!
