Really bad BIOS issues for RAM speeds/detection at launch, but once bios was updated it's been smooth sailing. Since you don't even really need CPU/RAM to do it its not that big of a deal. The board is extremely high quality from a build material standpoint and has a combination of features no other board has currently. Even more expensive ones. I really am finding good use from the 40gbps TB/USB4 ports for just one example. Tons of M.2 support and almost enough SATA for my storage needs. Although I understand why mobos don't have as many ports these days, a lot of creator types still use tons of HDDs for storage so it would be nice to see more SATA ports on a board of this type for a revision. Even 6 would be a huge difference from 4. 8 would be ideal. With how slow SATA is there is no way this can't be added, people would rather have that than other stuff. Even if it operated via a single pcie4 lane it would be a small price to pay for slightly slower throughput than 6gps if all the ports were used. HDDs can't even saturate that link anyways. There isn't a single x670e board that has lots of sata that isn't ASrock but I will never buy from them. Easy enough expansion for a SAS controller card though, but I shouldn't have to do that and lose pcie lanes on the gpu. The final pcie 4 slot doesn't work properly if you want to use m.2s on the lanes it's allocated.

Solid board, easy to install and well equipped for work and play if desired. My original plan was to use two GPUs for both AI work and also rendering. seems stable and works with all DDR5 memory and less issues than ROG boards with the 7000 CPUs. I used it with a 7950X3D and a 7800X3D and stable with memory that would not boot on the ROG board with the latest SOC limiting bios so kudos to Asus for a stable board. Pricey but includes 10G and it feels very solid. Only complaints are the placement of the PCIe slots they should have started 1 a slot higher and used a EATX design, and the lack of support for dual GPU NVLINK given this board and its intended purpose.

This MB is a dream come true. Clean look. And works 💪 great. This is just the beginning, Someday I'll have a whole ProArt system setup. Getting the work I'm throwing at it done.

Everything I needed. The ProArt X670E-Creator replaced my workhorse EVGA SR-2 Classified dual Xeon system that has lasted me over a decade. I like that it supported my processor choice of an AMD Ryzen 9 7900X. No issues seeing 4.7 GHz. It is reliably running 96GB Corsair Vengeance DDR5 at 5600 MHz. Crucial T700 M.2 NVMe (without heatsink) installed well with the built-in motherboard heatsink and thermal strip. I’m seeing full performance to the NVMe with a Gigabyte RTX 4090 Gaming OC installed. One pretty cool thing that I didn’t realize at first is the built in graphics. You actually don’t need a PCI-e graphics card to run this motherboard. The built in graphics support hdmi just fine. The usb connectivity is fantastic. So many usb ports and the 3.2 port is a great feature. Ive been using the system for a few weeks and so far so good. Oh and even though I built this as a workstation for multimedia editing, it is a pretty amazing gaming system too!

The specs are spectacular! USB4, plenty of USB ports, 4 nvme slots with cooling (I've filled them all). This thing flies with AMD Ryzen and GPU, and Linux support is great out of the box (minus the hardware raid, which isn't supported in Linux).
The Bad:
QLED. It's terrible, and POST is slow if anything feels remotely off (starting to wonder if a full moon impacts it). Just give me a display or beep codes and tell me exactly what is wrong.
RAM is limited in support, be sure you check their website - and it's not brand specific - you gotta look at the model numbers to a T! Despite all of this, and setting expo settings (which get the supported RAM timings correct), I'm still dealing with slow POST and the annoying yellow light. Will reach out to support next on this.

After enabling in BIOS, Core AI control my system will start closing runninh apps.
Pls clarify the order of installing AI and Armour Crate and corresponding BIOS settings to complement maksimum performance. Another issue is poor performance of Samsung nvme 980 Pro when connected on m.2 over the chipset. I am getting 5500MB. Connected to m.2 over CPU I am getting rated 7000MB.
