love this french press -- how can i replace the glass?

I have loved the convenience of this french press for years, but a guest broke the carafe and I wish it could be replaced instead of having to buy an entire new product. It just seems wasteful.

Plunger won't unscrew from filters so can't clean filters

My husband gave me an 8-cup French Press with Grounds Lifter a couple of years ago for Christmas. We use it occasionally and like it, but now the plunger won't unscrew from the filters and I cannot clean them. I don't see a replacement part on OXO's website either. I generally think OXO products are very good quality, but this is taking away from my view of their products.

Disappointing

I was looking for something for my husband that had an easy way to get rid of the grounds afterwards. He tried to use it several times but each time he ended up with grounds in his coffee. He won't use it anymore. The design should have allowed for the handle to be recessed into the wall of the carafe so the grounds don't seep through!I bought this in early November for a Christmas gift, so it was well over the 30 days allowed& now I cannot return it . Waste of $.

I broke the french press with little bit of pressure, SO embarrassed i realized a little too late that I had the spoon a little misplaced. . . . I did had coffee and it is great.

This teapot looks elegant and keeps tea warm, but

I really like this teapot — it looks elegant and makes tea taste great. It holds plenty of tea leaves and keeps the tea warm for a good while. The only downside is that the glass feels a bit fragile, and the metal part inside the piston can get a little loose after some use.
I bought it online for a small price, the price was worth the quality.

Easy to use

I used this French press for years. It is easy to assemble and disassemble to clean. The design makes it easy for every day use. It is simple to brew your morning coffee with and is pretty fairly priced.
