The integrated scale was a major win. Grinder has helped me dial in the best tasting cup of coffee I have had in pour over and drip settings.

Great Grinder

Does a great job of grinding just the right amount of coffee needed at the right coarseness. Takes the guesswork out and ensures a great cup of coffee. The only thing I wish was better was the ability to remove the last few beans in the little pod that does the grinding when changing out beans. Usually just grind until it empties out which equates to about a tablespoon of grounds. Definitely worth the extra for me over the next model down.

The hopper holds several days

The hopper holds several days of beans. Once set, the grind is consistent. It measures output in grams, so I don't have to pre weigh every batch. But it is very expensive.

on 3rd ginder and still doesn't work properly

I'm on my 3rd replacement grinder and I continually have the problem where the scale stop working. Customer service has been top notch in trying to help, but unfortunately the product is not well made

Purchased the conical burr grinder with scale. Had a problem on second use. OXO made quick, easy work of my warranty claim. We have several OXO products and will definitely continue to use their products.

This was my choice and I have loved it's efficient and powerful function. I did have some slowing and OXO offered to make it new again. Can you beat that? Great product and real customer service.
