From the durable construction, to the functional simplicity, to the ease of cleaning all parts, I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great cup (or pot) of coffee. The rain head filter seems to really add a dimension to the flavor (it certainly does distribute water more evenly through the filter) and the sleek, clean lines of the design look great in the kitchen. Wonderful product!!

Good not Great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a replacement for one that broke under warranty. We like the pot. Two negatives are the carafe does not keep the coffee hot for long enough and the “9 cup” amount is very misleading. It makes about three full mugs of coffee.

Makes a great cup of coffee. The carafe keeps the coffee steaming hot for at least 3 hours. We love the style and simplicity of this coffee maker. Also like the fact that the water reservoir and coffee are separated.
