[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Enjoying the machine so far! Simple, easy to use/clean, and about as visually pleasing as you can get for a countertop appliance. The ratio of grounds to water suggested in the manual was not to our liking, but now that we have our preference dialed in, we love the coffee this machine makes.

Great and well-designed, poor user interface

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Device is excellent mechanically and coffee tastes great. 1st coffeemaker I've used where the coffee is consistently great for all amounts. I have brewed between 4-9 cups and it worked great. Looks good too.
The main negative is the user interface is terrible. Single dial/button. Instructions are below the bar of showing you what you actually need to do. If they had an extra button and maybe extra led, you wouldn't need instructions for what should be incredibly easy operation. With the single button, it's difficult to know how to navigate modes (brew, time set, timer set) and even exactly what mode you're in.
Minor negative but worth thinking if you have a tight space for it - it is very tall. I need to move it from its location to be able to open the top compartments (water & coffee).

Great flavor
