Wish there was a larger

Wish there was a larger size option (i.e., 12 cup coffee maker) but aside from this, no issues or complaints, just a good/consistent cup of drip coffee.

Fantastic Coffee Brewer!!

I love everything about this coffee brewer. It is the best I have ever owned. The insulated metal carafe holds the hot coffee. No hot plate is present to"burn" the brewed coffee.The grounds get presoaked before the brew cycle begins. Automatic start brewing is such a wonderful sound to wake up to when you know there will soon be a fabulous cup of brewed coffee waiting for you.

Great cup of coffee

I only wish it would make 12 cups instead of 9! And the instructions could be better, like how to set the 12hr vs. 24hr time settings. By pressing the button, pressing and holding the button, twisting the outer button knob, etc. I was able to figure most of it out. But the end product, the coffee itself, is great.

I own two of the 9-Cup Coffee Makers. I pride myself in making great coffee, via French press, pour over, etc., and this OXO is up there with the rest, with added convenience with automation. I love it!

Had a 9 cupper that quit after 7 months. Was a Christmas gift so I did not have receipt. Luckily my daughter had a digital copy and after a few weeks we had a new one. Makes great coffee, and their customer service was excellent.
