Great wand if you can master it

This was my first experience with a wand, and it took a few tries to get it right with me being used to a marcel or clip barrel. Once I figured it out, it really does make great beach waves. I also liked that they stayed in tact instead of falling out after a few hours. If you're looking for a tight curl, it's not the best took, but for natural looking waves it's excellent. I figured out after a few times that I could actually put the stand on my head to stabilize while I wrapped my hair and that helped a lot.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is my first wand and it works pretty well. I appreciate the cool tip but would have preferred a on/off button. It also doesnt save the heat settings so you have to adjust before each use.

This tool is everything I had hoped for & more! I have long, thick, stubborn hair, plus extensions & this waver works amazingly. My hair is still beautifully shaped long after I've styled it.

My hair takes a curl to this iron very well. It gets HOT, but not where I feel like I'm burning my hair at all. This makes a slightly more tighter curl than my 1.25" barrel. It's fast! I can do my head in 10 minutes. If I had one complaint, it would be that I sometimes get my hair too close to the middle part of the iron and it gets caught in the gold ring, but it's very minor. I have fine frizzy/wavy hair that generally holds a curl. I'm planning on purchasing more of the T3 irons. Great purchase.
