Top of the line flat iron... I really love mine. Does an excellent job on my hair. 4C and sometimes relaxed. I am so glad I bought it and I recommend you buying one.. It is a great investment in quality to add to your hair tool collection...
I wanted to love this tool because it looks so sleek but it’s not giving the smooth finish I was looking for. I like that it has many heat control settings which is a plus
It's fine - not great but it works. My old T3 singlepass that's now discontinued was much better. I don't know quite what's wrong with this one, but it just seems not as good or effective. I definitely splurged on this and probably should've stuck with the lower end that had served me well.

Good for a short time, not a long time

I’ve owned this flat iron for 3 years so I figured I would give an update to how it’s been going. When I first got it, the flat iron heats up really fast, the way to set the heat can be a little confusing, but it’s pretty easy once you figure it out and it’ll start at that set temperature each time you use it after that so you don’t have to worry about choosing a temp each time if you use the same temperature. This flat iron worked well for 2 1/2 years, no issues at all, got hair straight fast. I stopped using it for a few months as I was wearing my hair in a different style and when I came back to use it, it no longer properly worked. Only one plate worked and the other one stopped heating completely. I stored it in a travel case and it’s in good shape, so I did not understand how it could stop working like that. A flat iron that is supposed to be of this quality should easily last 7+ years. My previous one from a different brand lasted me 10 years. Since it is past the 2 year warranty period, I could not replace this one under the warranty so I did some research and switched to a whole new brand all together. A flat iron should have a working life of well past 3 years, so paying for another one that could also have the same minimal lifespan did not make sense to me. The flat iron is good if you don’t have plans to use it for a long lifespan, but if you want it to last, I wouldn’t recommend this one.
