Outside of straightener is peeling off and plates are coming loosened for the amount of money I paid that this product would be a lot better had it less than a year

Ive been using flat irons for yrs and ever since i bought the T3 flat iron a few yrs back, i will never buy any other flat iron. T3 is the best. I have curly hair and this flat iron leaves my hair so straight that no one believes i have real curly hair. I love that it doesn’t damage your hair either. Leaves hair straight, smooth and soft

It’s ok, I hate the way you have to turn it on and the way you turn it off. It’s kind of annoying. I have yet to find a sweet spot for which heat setting to use. Curling with this iron isn’t the easiest, however it does a great job straightening the hair. I’m going to keep it in hopes that it grows on me, but I already miss my old flat iron. I would recommend spending the end tea money and getting the ID or just shop around first.

Not worth it

I’m on my second T3 flat iron after the first one experienced extreme exterior chipping within the first year. Unfortunately, the replacement has done the same thing. The chipping snags on my hair and has caused some breakage.

LOVE this iron so far. I have thick, coarse, curly long hair and it used to take me an hour to straighten and curling would be a hair pulling nightmare. Now I can curl my whole head in 20 minutes tops. It’s awesome!!
