Only had it for a year and stopped heating

It is too difficult to figure out how to troubleshoot why it won't heat. Frustrating for the cost to only last one year. It worked beautifully for a year though!

Dropped the big dollar to get this straightener. I was so excited. First use, LOVED IT!! Literally single pass straight. No snagging or pulling. Left my hair feeling like silk. Best flat iron I've ever used.
Second time, wouldn't turn on. I reset my outlet just to be sure, and tried it in several other outlets and nothing.
Sadly, I will not be repurchasing. That's a lot of money to chance on it happening again, and I'm sure warranty will only cover so many replacements....

I wanted a good straightener that would also curl my hair. I say this one and really didn't want to spend the money but I was so excited to try it. When I opened the box it was so beautiful. I plugged it in and it smelled like something was burning. I examined the product and found it was damaged. One of the plates was not fully secured and there was black goo along the edge.

This product works great for straightening and styling curls. My hair (w/ split ends) runs effortlessly through the tool. It leaves my hair shiny and soft. Note, you can only style a small section at a time which makes things a bit time consuming.

A waste of money as I can’t figure out how to use

My hair stylist tried to teach me how to use it, because i wanted it to curl my hair. I have tried three or four times and end up with straight, poofy hair. I don’t think I will ever get the hang of it, so I am back to using my curling rod.
