I really loved this iron until it started turning off while using it constantly. I have had it for 3 weeks and I’m not super happy about that for what I paid for it. It curls great and straightens great. I love that you can control the heat too.

Flat Iron didn't work.. still waiting for a newone

The flat iron turned off every time I lifted it above my head. I contacted customer service and it too them almost 4 days to get back to me. I finally got a label to ship back my flat iron and they received it two weeks ago and I am still waiting for a replacement. I love T3 products but this experience has been very unsatisfactory. The customer service from this company is sub par to say the least. I doubt I'll purchase from them again.
