It’s perfect for straightening your hair but awful for making waves I really hoped to have a 2 in 1 product but even in my really thin hair it was impossible to make them.

Excellent product the only bad thing is you have to iron very small pieces of hair at a time to make sure you are ironing very good so it takes me more than 2 hours to finish all my hair.

Either defective or terrible product

After owner many t3 products over the years I decided to buy myself a new straightener and I tried the t3 lucea. The day I received this product in the mail I went to plug it in just to make sure it worked.. I plugged it in and put it on level 3 heat setting as I have thin hair (but lots of it) and as it was heating up IT GOT SO HOT ON LEVEL 3 IT CRACKED MY MARBLE COUNTERTOP. Keep in mind I’ve used hair straighteners and curling irons (including t3 products) for years and always rest them on this exact countertop in my bathroom everyday. This product should not get so outrageously hot at level 3, or at any level that it cracks a marble countertop. I immediately unplugged the product and refuse to use it on my hair. I don’t know if mine is defective or if this is how the Lucea model is made. I emailed the company regarding my situation and have yet to hear back..
