It’s ok so far. Not sure why it’s advertised as ‘long barrel for long hair’ when it’s a bit shorter that my hot tools and chi curling irons? Quite expensive.

I love this curling iron, but my hair is pat my but, so I am now buying the trio wands. I found with the length of my hair it is much easier to the wand. But I have to say I absolutely love the curls and they last longer than any other curling iron I have ever used. And the shine on my hair is amazing! So glad I bought it, can’t wait to get my wands!

Terrible curler for my hair

I bought this curler in august but only use this item for special occasions or for when I go out. The curl doesn’t really curl and it kind of burns the ends of your hair even on the lowest heat. At first I thought it was user error but I watched a bunch of videos on how to do it and realized that it wasn’t me. I called for a refund or an exchange for a different product but it was denied and I escalated it so I can speak to a manager and I was told someone would call me back and have not heard from anyone. I have the straightner and hair dryer but my experience with this curler has been frustrating. Frustrating especially with the company’s lack of support.
