This did not work at all on my thick, naturally wavy chin length hair. Since I have naturally curly hair I just wanted to put a couple extra ‘controlled’ beachy waves - this was NOT the curler to do it. Also, absolutely no instructions included on how to use it. I was able to find some info online but don’t understand T3 not providing. Returned it - not for me. Great concept with the interchangeable barrels but not if it doesn’t work.

Obsessed with this product! Absolutely worth every penny! My hair curls so fast and stays for days. I have 2 rows of extensions and they aren’t fried like they used to be after styling. Instead they are shiny and smooth.

Recieved a USED item. Please BEWARE!

I was so excited to get this set as I don’t usually do my hair and I wanted to start getting into it more. I had high expectations for this brand but wow, I was so disappointed to receive a USED product! First off, there is no seal, sticker, tape or wrapper that is put on the box to keep it sealed and prevent tampering. Secondly, when I opened it, I immediately saw black fuzz indicating that it was previously put inside the storage bag it comes with by a previous customer. Then when looking closer, I saw a bunch of oily smudges probably from when the barrels and wands were held. I’m so sad and disappointed.

I love this product! It is game changing using it on my clients hair. It heats up super fast and is lightweight to bring wherever you go. I like the bag that they have with it. Wish it came with a heat pad to rest the product on and it would be perfect!
