After coveting this hairdryer for years, I decided it was time to purchase. I have a LOT of fine, straight, smooth hair that is cut in an angled bob. I use my hairdryer with product every day, along with a round brush to dry and style. I need volume, as when it's humid, my hair gets flatter.
Despite all the lists of best hairdryers, this hairdryer is NOT for my hair type. I wasn't impressed by the performance, even with the volume setting on. I also don't see the point in the two concentrators, one is enough. When it's on the hot setting, it is about as hot as an iron—which seems excessive for a hairdryer. I need hot air, but cheap dryers will burn, and this one did just that. I returned mine, this is not the dryer for me. Here are my pros and cons:
Pros: It's pretty
Cons: NOT for hair that isn't frizzy. I HATE the electronic buttons. Hand position on the handle means I was constantly activating the cool shot. Awkwardly weighted when there's no concentrator on the end Does not push enough air through the machine. Strangely, this dryer made all my LED lightbulbs in my bathroom flicker. By day 3, I'd had enough, it was giving me a headache to dry my hair. (I checked, all settings were correct, voltage, etc) Brush set is super cheap. Dryer is REALLY loud. Like cheap hotel wall hairdryer loud.

Great hair dryer! Wish the buttons were changed around, this really works on my fine hair & leave it soft! Hope it lasts longer than my last T3 (3 years fan blades broke)
This is a beautiful and very efficient blow dryer...BUT the one thing I'm so deeply annoyed by every time I use it, is where they've designed the cool air button on the front side of the handle...it's right where you would naturally hold the tool..and ultimately you end up turning the cool air on constantly!! And it's so sensitive you don't need to actually press the button...even if you finger brushes the area around the cool air button it turns on. Super annoying.

Buttons are in an awkward position. Ergonomically, they should be house on the front side of handle, not the backside. Incredibly hard to maneuver and change speed/heat settings and power without having to put down. The only button on front side is the cool shot.
