This is my 2nd T3 I’ve owned. I really love it alot. The heat settings and the dryer all in all is really easy to use. The “Cool Button”, That’s the only thing that was different. But, I like the fact on this one you don’t have to keep holding it down. It’s a great dryer. I feel like it will last a long time.

I wasn’t impressed with this at all. Hair is sucked in the back of the blow dryer. The cold shot button is way too easy to activate accidentally, and there really isn’t enough power for this to be called a professional dryer.

The “cool air button” is located on the inside of the handle right at the top. If you are not careful you can turn in on. It should be relicated somewhere else out of the way.

This hairdryer has a "coolshot" button right where your holding the item when drying your hair. I tried this once after taking a shower he dryer kept getting cold. If I lower my hand, it feels uncomfortable. Also, I was quite shocked at how much air was coming out on the strongest setting.. It wasn't fast at all. It took a LONG time to dry my hair ). Unfortunately, I'll be returning.
