Nice quality hairdryer (as are all T3 products), but the placement and sensitivity of the buttons needs to be reworked. It is almost impossible to blow dry your hair without inadvertently changing the settings. The cool shot button is particularly susceptible to being inadvertently turned on/off. Returned.

It’s a powerful dryer with a lot of settings which is nice. What’s frustrating about this dryer and the reason I gave I didn’t give it 5 stars is that the cold setting button is in the worst place. It’s placed on the front of the dryer on the handle so I always accidentally hit the cold button. Otherwise it’s a good hairdryer!

REMEMBER!!!!! These are Professional Tools. These dryers DO NOT work like those cheap dryers you are used to. First!!! These dryers DO NOT pump out hot hair you are used to. These dryers are highly advanced & engineered to dry hair in the quickest, quietest and lightest way possible. Just because it is not acting like a clothes dryer does not mean it is not working. The air that comes out is quite hot and will burn you if you are not careful & quick. What used to take you 1 hour to dry should now take you no more then 30 minutes. Do not use your old styling habits and hold the dryer next to your hair. Try this! Out stretch your arm in front of you. Turn on dryer. Now shake your head back & forth like Cindy Crawford at a photo shoot. See how long it takes for your hair to dry. I am Male with thick curly hair down to my waist, enough for 3 people. Good genes. I will dry about 70% of it and let the rest air dry. Curls are intact. No fly aways or crazy huge hair. Remember! What kind of advanced tool you now have in your hand. Clients have picked up the dryer after being told many times not to. Stubborn! They think they know what they are doing and end up burning themselves. "I told you not to touch it!"
