This is the best travel hair dryer! Truly so easy to use and the dual voltage is automatic... so no worries about turning a switch. Cool air works easy and you do not have to hold down a button. Just press once to go to cool and once to go back to your previous heat setting. Truly a pleasure and I would 100% recommend!

Just got back from 2 weeks in Italy..bought both the T3 world voltage blow dryer and flat iron and 1 use and my hair was dry and full of static in. Extremely hot and humid environment. Could not use again/ had to go to a salon for a blow out and I returned both products. Very disappointed!

This dryer does not have enough power to dry my hair, it gets very hit but the air stream js veey weak and takes more than twice as long as my other dryer takes

This item blows almost no air and is extremely hot it took ages to dry my hair which is pretty fine and thin. I've never had so much trouble drying my hair

I bought this travel hair dryer and the heating element has already burned out!! My regular sized hair dryer is still going strong after at least 6 years.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
