So quick and easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently received the Hamilton Beach 7 Speed Stand Mixer, 4 Quart in aqua, and I am thoroughly impressed with its performance. This stand mixer has significantly improved my baking process, which is essential for my frequent baking for my kids activities and fundraisers. Its efficiency has enabled me to accomplish much more. I appreciate the suction cups on the bottom that provide stability during operation. To test its capabilities, I prepared low-sugar chocolate chip cookies, and it swiftly mixed the ingredients. The attachments are easy to attach and remove, and the mixer comes with a flat beater, dough hook, whip, and pouring shield. The instruction manual also includes several recipes. With the handle locked in place, the mixer is lightweight and easy to transport. Although some users may find the height or size challenging to store, I do not consider it a problem.

Great Stand Mixer!

The mixer has suction cups to securely keep it in place. The locking stainless bowl is a nice touch and very easy to lock in place. Comes with all the attachments you need no matter what you're mixing.

Works for Sourdough!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to try out the Hamilton Beach 7-Speed Stand Mixer in the beautiful aqua color! As someone who loves to bake, especially sourdough, I was curious to see how it would handle my favorite recipes.
What I Loved:
Light and Easy: This mixer is surprisingly light! The handle on top makes it super easy to move around, which is great for anyone who doesn't want to lift a heavy appliance.
Sourdough Success: I've been making sourdough for almost a year, and usually, I mix by hand. But this mixer's dough hook was amazing! It kneaded my dough perfectly, and it was so much easier than doing it myself.
Easy Cleanup: Baking can get messy, but this mixer is a breeze to clean. All the attachments are dishwasher-safe, which is a huge plus!
Smart Design: The 4-quart stainless steel bowl has two handles on the sides, which makes it easy to lift and pour. And the suction cups on the bottom keep the mixer steady while it's working.
Speed Guide: I really liked the speed guide printed right on the mixer. It helped me choose the right speed for each step of my recipes.
Things to Consider:
Plastic Parts: I noticed that the part where the bowl attaches to the mixer is made of plastic. I'm a little worried about how long it will last with lots of use.
Attachments: The attachments twist on and off easily, but sometimes they twist off too easily. A couple of times, an attachment fell off when I was trying to put on the splash guard.
No Bowl Cover: It would be nice if the bowl came with a cover to keep dough fresh while it's rising.
Short Cord: The cord is a bit short, so make sure you have an outlet nearby.
My Experience:
When I first started mixing my sourdough, the mixer wobbled a little on speed 1 with the paddle attachment. But once I switched to the dough hook and turned it up to speed 3, it worked perfectly. I really enjoyed not having to scrape dough off my hands!
This Hamilton Beach stand mixer is a great option for anyone who wants a lightweight, easy-to-use mixer. It's perfect for everyday baking, and it even handles sourdough like a champ! While there are a few things that could be improved, I think it's a good value.

Hamilton Beech 4-quart stand mixer is a winner

I like it's low profile and light weight which makes it easy to store in a low cabinet. The aqua color is also quite attractive. The mixer is louder than I'd like, but perhaps that is a trade-off which helps make it light. Changing the attachments is simple and the controls are easy to operate.

The size is perfect if you don't have a lot of counter space, it isn't bulky like some of the mixers I have seen. It has 7 settings (and a guide right on top for east reference), and 3 attachments, so plenty of options for all your mixing needs. The bread hook worns great for a no mess knead for your bread dough. It comes with a splatter guard which is great.

Mix it with no problem at all

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mixer is really nice. The weight for one is great. Not really heavy to carry to counter from cabinet. The color is very pretty, if had enough counter space this would be nice to leave out. Comes with several different attachments. Took less time to mix my cake then my old mixer I have. Like the the bowl locks in in place. Has a tilt lock. Has a really lid for the top of bowl that you can add items in with out making a mess. Love this mixer, always looking for an excuse to mix more things.

I don’t have a big kitchen, so I need to move my mixer when I’m not using it. This is small, but mighty does all of your mixing jobs so well but lighter in weight. I love the beautiful blue color! Matches any decor. Super convenient handle on the top to move and store. Stainless steel bowl locks in simply by turning so it does not come out during use. Easy tilt back top to make it so simple to remove your beater attachment and also to remove the bowl. Easy turn dial on the side to adjust your speeds and to turn off the mixer. Includes attachments for mixing whipping and making bread. So easy to use it’s my new favorite kitchen appliance I find myself using it for everything.
