[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Proctor Silex can opener is made of high quality materials, easy to use and cuts lids very well. It has a strong magnet that holds the lid up out of the food. The opener is very slim and trim and doesn't take up much space on the kitchen cabinet. It opens all sizes of cans and it is hands free!

Proctor Silex electric can opener

So far so good. Chose this one over a Cuisinart because seemed sturdier.
Only received a 4 star because the first 2 cans I opened didn’t open on first try. But with repositioning it did a good job. And it is not too noisy. A keeper
