[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is so amazing! i bought it for the blender and whisk arms but love chopper as well as it is perfect for small volume tasks. Love the cordless feature and it stats charged long. i have the cordless hand mixer and adore it as well. Bought all in the beautiful light blue color. the only constructive comment i have is the speed is controlled by depth of touch and its a little hard to turn on very low.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Variable switch is defective

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this 2 weeks ago and very disappointed with the variable speed switch. It starts in high speed and only after a second in high. barely slows down. This operation has caused many messes since it throws the food out of the mixing bowl.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Opened the box, thought it looked nice, tried to charge the hand motor and it refused to charge. After looking at the contraption and thinking about it decided to send it all back rather than ask for a replacement (more equipment than I'll ever use). I spend over four hours on the phone holding/hassling with trying to reach someone who could/would help me. It's now gone back where it came from. KitchenAid really needs to improve its response time and hire more staff for on-line customer service. That wait time sucked.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great with a problem

I bought it in June but due to my travel to other country, I've never opened the box.
last night I opened it and see one unlivable matter.
There were all part except whisk head.
Now, I can't do anything.
