Hard to Control the Speed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this unit as a replacement for a ProLine immersion blender that was still under warranty when it failed. The ProLine version had speed settings on the unit so the speed could be increased slowly as needed, especially when using the whisk attachment. This unit "says" there is a variable speed controller but it really doesn't - the speed is high and the whisk makes a big mess spewing liquid contents all around. I love my KitchenAid small appliances, just not this one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Life Saver

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m currently stationed overseas and this has been a life saver for my diet. I’m able to blend healthy drinks, make soups and meal prep with ease. I purchased a converter so I’m able to charge with ease as well. I love ❤️ all of my kitchenaid products.

Hand Blender

Just received the blender 2 weeks ago and after 2 use, the pan guard broke, pieces of plastic in my pot of soup. I've tried searching for the replacement on-line, but cannot find it anywhere. Please advise where I can get a replacement.

I bought this blender about a year ago, now the whisk makes weird grinding sounds and the chopper broke, the blade tilted and broke the bowl. So half the accessories don't work, unthinkable

Got to love cordless

Great Immersion Blender

This immersion blender is rather large. I was intimidated and fearful to use it. I didn't read the manual but I figured it out and it works well. The charge lasts a long time. I love using this to make bisque for my seafood loving Marine. It disassembles, cleans and reassembles easily. I love having a removable guard but I wish it was metal instead of plastic.

Versatile Kitchen Tool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This hand blender is perfect for small jobs and using while cooking. The chopper and whisk attachments save time and clean up. The pan guard allows me to blend soups, etc. without worrying about scratching my pots, and I don't have to worry about a cord near the heat. I love it!
