Variable Speed Difficult to Manage
on October 22, 2020

Nice quality, sturdy and holds its charge well. However, the on/off button and the variable speed button on the opposite side makes it very difficult to get the desired speed. I have found it’s either ‘on’ or ‘off’. The variable speed is too quirky to manage.

Bad packaging

The blender is fine. Works well. But the packaging! I was left with a huge box of styrofoam beads that do not break down, and which are not accepted by my local tip. And then there was all the other plastic wrapping! Seriously, Ikea can use woven cardboard cushioning - they have sent me bell jars using such packaging. I asked the CEO of this product why some weeks ago. I am still awaiting an answer. If I don't receive one soon, I'll post back the beads. Not wanted, not necessary, and shows utter contempt for our collective future.

I bought this awesome product but the box I was given was defective. So now the product needs to sit outside the box and be scratched. Tried to have the box replacement but Kitchenaid said no.

One speed is not enough unless the battery start to run out, I really prefer the old style (wired) speed and also the missing storing case it made me empty A big space for the box.

The best hand blender I’ve ever have

I bought this hand blender to replace my old one and totally happy with its performance. The cordless version making it easier to manoeuvre and I don’t have to stand near a power socket. This blender is quite powerful and the grip is very convenience. The plastic material is easy to clean and safe for dishwasher use. I wish this blender come with container to put all the accessories like the previous model.

No more standing in the corner close to the power point to quickly blend something. Simple to use, and lovely to hold. I would like the end to be a little rounder for cleaning...I found cream cheese and chocolate got into the corners but maybe if I put it in the dishwasher it might be easier to clean. I will definitely be buying the rest of the cordless range!

I've used this a few times. The chopping blade inside the small container really chops onion and garlic finely. There are a good combination of attachments and therefore uses. I am still trying to master the two trigger "ON" switch and variable speed.

It works well and I love the cordless feature. The 1 downside is that the variable speed is how much you squeeze the switch. I would have given 5 stars if it had a real speed switch
