I accidentally melted plastic on my mat and I was so upset because I had a order of 75 tee shirts in two weeks and was in a panic so I went on line and ordered a new mat and prayed it would be delivered before my deadline and to my amazement I received my mat in one week I almost did cartwheels in my craft room thanks to Cricut they saved my reputation and my order thank you Cricut
