Super sharp right out of the box! Great weight and feel. Haven’t tried the sharpener yet. A bit pricey but I expect these will last a very long time so worth it

I bought a cheap set last Summer and they were already dull. I love this set. I don't have to saw through meats, etc.

Took me 4 years to break down and buy these knives and I’m so glad I did. I love everything about them just like I knew I would. Sharp right out of the box so I haven’t had to use the built in sharpener yet.
