This is the best overall value for a travel friendly laptop. The bang-for-the-buck factor really can't be beat. But, you need to be wanting something for travel bc that's what it's good for. The screen is too small for extensive work and spreadsheets, it's not super fast, it won't play games well, the camera isn't that great, speakers are mediocre, and the battery in my real use doesn't last too long. But, if you are looking for a travel friendly laptop that is small enough to use on a tray table in coach, has a bright enough screen to use in a brightly lit cafe, will fold into a large e-reader if you want to read a book, has a nice enough keyboard for real typing that's backlit for a dark hotel room, need something that is convenient when going through security lines, and has a color accurate screen for watching movies, then I doubt you'll find anything this good for less money that is good enough in every single thing that makes a laptop good on trips. There's sacrifices made to reduce size and cost that you won't like if you need the best overall laptop at this price, but if you specifically want the best overall travel laptop for this price, then you can stop looking bc this is it. And the fingerprint reader is so fast and accurate (works on the first try every time in 1s) that you will never have to worry or struggle to unlock it for airline security checkpoints.

I purchased this laptop as I am now in college and it was referred to me by a friend who uses Lenovo so after looking into this one and a couple other laptops on the running I chose this one. It's very fast, love the screen display as the colors are very clean. The keyboard has that nice click to it and it's not to much to press nor does it feel like I have to lift my fingers to high off the keyboard. I do plan on using this laptop after my 5 years of college as I pursue my new career!
