Got these NAS drives direct form WD to start up a 4-slot NAS box at home. They were incorporated into my Synology Hybrid Raid volume without any issues, and I expect them to last a long time. Eventually I will need to add more storage, and will probably continue with some form of Red WD drives.

HDD can't be initialized. Disk Management shows I/O error. Can't not initialize.
