Cool game, some parts don’t work

Received and put together with ease. Everything worked except the green controller (gun). It would not reload during gameplay. Seems to be an issue for a lot of customers. Website should offer replacement parts. Disassembled the controller and fixed the issue and put it back together rather than have to disassemble and send it back since we didn’t have the original box. A replacement part would save that hassle instead of having to makeshift a box and guarantee ruin it by sending it back.

Great Game just one problem

The game is great. We had one in a VRBO over the summer, so Santa brought one for my boys. The only
problem is that the orange gun doesn’t work. The store (Costco) is out of them, and I’m left to figure out how to get a replacement.

after a few months, the game stopped working. used mostly by adults and kids with supervision. we"ll see if the company will stand by its product or not,.

Right controller not working after 3 weeks.

The orange gun only works some of the time while playing two players. Also accuracy on shot placement is 1-2" off (high) when playing two players.
