Understandable concessions but faulty in my case

Specific item review: Ordered for myself as a Xmas present. Very disappointed on the first play-through that the P1 gun has a sticky reload pump, resulting in one to two shots the entire round, can’t find a way to fix short of opening, will attempt warranty replacement.
Overall product review: Have several other cabinets already but non with light guns. Guns are lighter than arcade counterparts (understandable) and experience is more impacted on this than something like the fighting or beat ‘em up cabs. Biggest design issue for me remains the 17” screen. I understand the cost efficiencies in manufacturing the same screen size but a 19” that fit in the same space would make a world of difference.
