Very well built and convenient!

The mobile tripod is very sturdy and well built. It holds up your phone for photos with no problem and doesn't move or fall down. Can hold the phone in landscape or portrait orientation. Very nice!

The mobile system is outstanding

The tripod is part of a full system that I received recently and I can say the wait was worth it. All the elements showed ingenuity of design and quality of build. I have used all parts and they live up to the hype as fulfilling needs around the phone that had not been met. The excitement for me is the greater utility that can be made of the phone with these tools.

Excellent little tripod

I got this tripod as part of my haul from the Mobile Kickstarter campaign, and while the design and quality of everything I received has been stellar, this tripod has been the standout for utility (I maybe went a little overboard and got more than a few accessories I really didn't need). I've already used it for a number of photos and videos and it's been perfect. It's a bit bulkier and heavier than I would want to keep on my phone all the time, but I might change my opinion if I were using it with the Peak Mobile Case. As it is, I am using it with the Universal Adapter on my Pixel 5, and in order to allow good access to my rear fingerprint sensor, the adapter has wound up just a touch too low to the phone for full height of this collapsed tripod to not extend past the edge of my case. This does not cause any issues with using the tripod, I just prefer not to extend the length of my phone when the tripod is not in use.
It's a bit pricey for a phone tripod, but if you're at all considering getting into the Peak Mobile system, this is definitely worth the addition!

Sleek and Portable

Nicest tripod ever for a smartphone, works flawlessly with the Peak case. It folds up into a sleek package that slips into your pocket so it’s super portable. Solid aluminum so it has some heft to it, and it has a built-in nut-driver to adjust the tension that attaches magnetically.- there when you need it, and almost invisible when you don’t.

I have tested it for several weeks now, and I'm still so happy of it, finition is really solid, you can switch vertical/horizontal position, it's all I wanted !

Excellent Engineering! Works without MagSafe!

I just received my pics design tripod that I ordered about a week ago and I'm using it on a Pixel 6 pro with the dbrand leather skin attached and the tripod attaches perfectly without any issues. One thing to note is that because the pixel 6 pro does not have magsafe the tripod does slide a bit but that's only when you are using it in hand with the tripod attached. If you're using on a desk then there's no issue. I wouldn't use the tripod as a handle for recording videos or anything as the phone could slide off. But again, i have a leather skin from dbrand attached which adds a bit more thickness making the magnetic connection marginally weaker than if it was attached directly to the back of the phone. If you are worried about the tripod sliding off then I imagine Peak Designs case would work just fine. For day to day, use and as a stand for your phone to use on desk I think it's absolutely perfect.

This stand works well, solid build and it’s also compatible with their mobile wallet. Pop the stand on and the wallet attaches to the stand. It does add bulk, but you can get the best of both worlds.
