I use this to attach my phone to my bike while it's on the trainer as well as the handlebar for operating my GoPro while riding. Very secure, flexible solution.

Able to use as car mount, mounted to drivers side grab handle, and works perfectly! (Although the strap could be a little longer, oddly enough, to fit my bicycle post)

Straps tightly to my road bike

I've used this on my road bike and strapped it to the stem. It works very well and doesn't rock around.
