Secure bar mount

I generally use a dedicated bike computer with its own mount, but for my "around town" bike I wanted an easy way to mount my iPhone so I could a) get it out of my pocket, and b) keep an eye on time, use Strava or a maps, etc. the Universal Bar Mount is the perfect companion to my Peak Design iPhone case. It's snaps right in, holds securely, rotates, and is easy to remove. The mount holds the phone nicely tight to the bar so it's not in the way but doesn't interfere with steering, and is pretty unobtrusive when the phone isn't mounted. Nice job, PD!

Sturdy piece of kit

When looking at the website, it feels expensive for what it is, but it's actually a really made piece of kit. I'll probably still be using it in 5+ years or for however long PD make mobile products.

Suggest to add foot anchors on corners

As a quad lock user for over 5 years, I suggest to add small anchors/hooks around corners of the mount for zip ties to further secure it on stem. With the adjustable design of the mount + the weight of phone, the phone vibrates and swings around too much during the ride.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I’ve bought multiple bar/bike mounts and they are all such a pain to get my phone in and out of, this process is streamlined and secure! I want to buy 2 more!

This is such a great mount for a bike. And I love how strong it is. I don't need to feel worried my phone is going to pop off like most other bike mounts. And this would also be a great bike mount if your'e traveling and going to rent a bike. So easy to just pop on any handle bars

I just got this, as part of the kickstarted campaign. I’ve mounted it on my handlebar stem that holds the bars. It works great, even thought the stem is somewhat thick (aluminum). The attachment is solid. It does not take up much room. It is the best phone/bike mount I’ve ever used.
I would recommend this to a friend!
