We wanted a two drawer dish washer, we did our homework on the best and finally came to Fisher&Paykel after reading as much about this series 11 unit we bought it and love the ease and simplicity of using the smaller drawer for the two of us and the larger one when we have family and friends over for dinner, it’s extremely quiet to a point that you’re not sure that it’s on. It does a great job on our wine glasses and dinner dishes. So glad we have this in our kitchen.

We generally like our dishwasher. However, the spacing of tines is not as good as in our previous F&P dishwasher. As a result it is difficult to load and unload. Also, the utensil basket is not nearly as good as in our previous dishwasher. In fact, we replaced it with the basked from our old dishwasher. Finally, it would be nice if the soap and jet-dry bins were easier to use. We like the wireless feature, in terms of knowing when the dishwasher has completed its cycle

Ideal for a small family that needs to wash few dishes a day. Felt guilty using a large washer and consequently did the washing by hand - we now use one drawer for daily use & both drawers when we have more to clean.
Great service (have not needed it but managed to talk to somebody to resolve issues in minutes).
Easy to install but ensure you get a good plumber to install - as most plumbers are not used to a double outlet.

. It would be nice if the directions were a little more explicit- step 1 choose wash cycle;; step 2 close drawer; step 3 hold outside button on for 3 seconds. You should hear it start. Then give the variables.
Love not having to bend over or trip on open door. It will take a while to learn to load my dishes properly. Do like feature in which I can changes width of plate/dish holders
