The spring is too tight & door slams dangerously

The machine cleans as it should but the hinge spring is much too tight. The door is too hard to open and stay open and slams with incredible force when it closes. It has hurt my hand when it wasn't out of the way. Our installer from the appliance store said he didn't see a problem. We're extremely unhappy. The dishwasher is a hazard.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Kitchen Remodel

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We originally had a Bosch dishwasher for 20 years and it was still working when we remodeled so we knew we wanted to replace it with another Bosch. The custom panel installation was a little challenging but we are so happy with the results and our dishes and glasses are as clean as ever. I will say that we liked the layout of the bottom shelf better in our original dishwasher. All in all, we are very pleased.

Hate My Dishwasher

The top rack is so hard to fill, it does not work for any cups or glasses. Thecutlery sections always carry water, so emptyi g it makes them wet all over again. The need to be dried by hand.
In addition to the noise level, it reeks. Opening the door of the dishwasher is like opening a drain that has not been used n months. The stench fills the kitchen to the point that i need someone to fix it or replace it. Worst dishwasher I ever bought. Cannot understand the love for Bosch appliances.

Very Happy

Best thing that could have happended. Love the features and how clean and dry the dishes come out.

Compact and quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first I was worried that the dishwasher was too small to fit my tallest pots, but I was pleasantly surprised that there is plenty of clearance in this little washer! The water pressure is strong and successfully rinsed off sauces that I was too lazy to clean before loading. The hatch for the detergent is easy to use and a discreet red indicator light is visible from a distance. All in all a very well-designed washer and I'm very satisfied!
