[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One of the burner's ignition (right front) does not work. It is a brand new cooktop which is installed on September 6, 2025 which is today.

Great downdraft

Good looking, but not practical or durable

Grates prematurely discolored and finish flakes off. Rubber feet on bottom of grates fall out or Crack.
The igniter on all burners fire at the same time, regardless of what burner youre turning on. Now my back right igniter on the small simmer burner is out, and I cant find a proper replacement or procedure for replacing it.
Vent is too powerful and pulls flames away from pots. Even at lowest setting it interrupts flames and the gasket around the vent cover does nothing but deform and doesnt seal anything off.
No air/gas mixture adjustment for tuning flames either, as shown in video, initial install, and current flames. All in all, great looking cooktop that has great flame patten. Just not practical.

Horrible

I can’t say enough bad things about this stove. It has fallen apart over the years. The glass top is very breakable. The finish has come off of the grates. It’s hard to cook on because the burners are so small. The downdraft gets ton of food and grease down in it and it has to be cleaned out so I cover it with foil to keep it clean. Would never purchase this again.

Bad ventilation control.

i bought this oven in 7/2024 and in 11/2025 started to have ventilation issues with the knob control. it worn-out, this is very low product and never buy any GE appliances anymore. the vent knob should be heavy duty for daily use not to worn out after the one year warranty expired.
