I have only used twice so far. Surprised how much meat I can smoke at one time. 2 Boston butts, chicken halfs, and 2 racks of ribs. All were delicious. Pit Boss customer support is great I called them for a run down on how to use the starting and smoke settings. Wonderful staff to help you.

After purchasing a pit boss smoker, I was a little disappointed that it didn't come with a protective cover. I did however see that there was a cover for my vertical smoker on the Pit Boss website and it was at a very acceptable price (compared to the box store generic covers). I ordered it at was pleasantly surprised at how good it fit and the overall heavy duty quality. I wouldn't hesitate to order other items from this company.
