Well, I've smoked some Salmon filets, a whole side of Salmon, a Beef Tri Tip Roast, an 11.3# Pork Belly for Bacon, and... a couple other things. I'm impressed with the ease of operation, the relatively 'stable' smoking temp... and I'm impressed with the results. I'm new to this unit, but.. I have Zero complaints.
