Your warranty support absolutely sux. First, you insist that a warranty claimant provide a copy of their purchase receipt, something wich most people discard after their purchase. If you guys need a copy of the purchase receipt, why dont you have your customers register their case upon purchase? When I call Otterbox for a warranty issue, I am NEVER asked for a receipt - these folks assume that a claimant is the rightful owner of the case.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
