Beautiful case but MagSafe doesn't work with the Apple iPhone Battery Pack

I bought this case because it's supposed to be useable with MagSafe. It charges quick with the MagSafe Duo Charger, but has issues with the Apple iPhone MagSafe battery pack. The charge connection constantly dropped and drained the iPhone's battery instead. I replaced the battery pack thinking that was defective, but I still had issues with the replacement. To test if it was the case or the battery, I decided to remove the case. The case is definitely sturdy, I had to break it to get it off. The iPhone charges well on the MagSafe battery pack without the case. I need a new case now.
Another note, as a gamer, I want to use the Backbone with the phone, but there's no space for a case with it. It would be nice to be able to take the case on and off when needed. The previous cases I bought from Case Mate allowed for that. This one doesn't.

Love this case, it’s fun and flashy but not too over the top. I have the silver phone so it’s a pretty subtle but fun contrast. The raised edges at corners are nice. I also purchased the camera protector and the tempered glass screen protectors and it feels like the real screen.

Case-Mate never lets me down! This is my first MagSafe case from them. The magnetic field is that pretty good! The mother of pearl is beautiful along with the silver flakes! Surprisingly it has a good grip for being a clear case! Looks great on my iPhone 14 Pro in Deep Purple! :purple_heart: Great protection too!

Gorgeous solid case

The case is just absolutely gorgeous and shows off the deep purple iPhone so well, plus I’ve had a few accidental drops and it protected the phone well. No damage or any issues. After buying a case from a different company where the buttons weren’t cut in the right spot I was so excited to find this case (and the buttons are accurate on this one). The MagSafe ring in the case makes it easy to use with MagSafe accessories. Love this case!
