[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Alot of bulbs are super frustrating to connect. these were alot easier. maybe its just me i dont know. The brightness is great and sharp. I hope they last long. I have had many bulbs blow out on me and theyre LED so it could be my fixture but these seem like theyre quality so im hoping they last.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got these smart soft white light bulb last week been really enjoying them. Even though I’m not tech savvy these were Easy to set up on a smart phone and connect to Wi-Fi. I love the fact that I can turn them on when I’m not home so I don’t return home to total darkness. There was my first smart bulbs not in looking to change all the bulbs in home into direct connect smart bulb.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the sync direct connect soft white decorative Candalabra base smart bulb for several weeks now and I really like how many different colors there are to choose from! Not only are there lots of color options, it also provides good lighting for whatever room you are in — they also work well outdoors!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m very happy with these bulbs. The initial setup took a couple minutes, and once they are ready in the app, connecting them to Alexa was a breeze. From here I can set routines in the Alexa app, combine them with other devices like motion detection and smart locks, etc. The bulbs feel very high quality and are very bright. I also love that they are dimmable, which is not always the case for LED bulbs.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our house is far from being a "smart home." As it definitely makes things alot more simpler, I tend to keep things the way they've always been. So when TryIt Sampling sent me Cync's Direct Connect Smart Bulbs in exchange for my honest thoughts, I figured this would be the perfect way to get my toes wet! Lol. I must admit I was a little intimidated when it came to the set up process, but Cync provided a "set-up" guide that gave 3 different ways to get started. The first way was to do the setup process using the Cync app. The 2nd way was using Amazon Frustration Free setup, and the 3rd way was by using the Google Home app. I first attempted using my Google Home app but had trouble syncing the bulbs to my phone via Bluetooth. After a couple failed attempts I decided to download the Cync app and then follow their prompts. At first I wasn't successful but I think it had to do with the massive thunderstorms happening. After the storms passed I tried the process all over again and was successful, but for only 1 of my 2 bulbs! Ughhh! After another try I finally got both bulbs connected. Having the ability to control my light via voice command or through the app is nice, especially if we come home and the house is dark, I can turn the light on before we even get inside, but the hassle I had to complete the setup process was frustrating. I love that the bulbs are just as powerful as any regular light bulb, I love that they can be used via Alexa or Hey Google, I love that I can use a dimmer on lights that I couldn't dim before. I think that having 1 or 2 smart capabilities just doesn't seem worth it, but if your home is completely "smart" then yes, it's definitely a plus!
