Beautiful watch but doesn’t play the nicest W IOS

Beautiful watch, although runs on android system do a big feature im missing out on is being able to use Google or Apple Pay with the watch :(

It paired but wouldn't connect downloaded WearOS and MK app. Tried to connect on 2 phones customer support from Fossil,who actually distributed phone was horrible. Trying to return now.disgruntled customer.

I received as a gift. Watch wouldn’t charge and eventually just blanked out. I sent it back because it had a warranty my watch was returned basically just charged with a statement nothing was wrong with it. I wore it for a day or 2 it died went to charge wouldn’t charge so I went to purchase another charger they were sold out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I absolutely hate the smartwatch. It wouldn’t connect to my messages and now it will not connect to my phone at all. I literally cannot do anything on it. I want a refund and send the watch back

Not worth it for iPhone users

When I purchased this watch I was excited to connect it to my iPhone. I read all of the reviews and the details of the watch to make sure it was compatible with iPhones before purchasing it. Although, since it IS compatible with iPhone, I was able to connect it, but I had to leave the MK app open in the background or it will disconnect my iPhone from the watch. The only thing the watch was good for when I connected it was calling (which was very muffled), and the calendar notifications. I love the watch but would not recommend it to iPhone users.

Beautiful MK watch!

I got this watch just over a week ago. It really is as beautiful as it looks. For the price, there's a fair amount of features that it doesn't have- you can't take calls, respond to texts, the O2 sensor requires lots of adjustments to get to read, and the battery life isn't great. Besides all of this, I'm pretty sure that the snaps for the band are going to be completely worn out within a month. I can already feel the lip/sides of both snaps becoming loose, in a week of wear. Where the band connects to the watch face is narrow, and will likely not last as well due to the many adjustments throughout the day. I'm a nurse and wash my hands multiple times a day. These metal snaps don't stand a chance not getting wet. The snaps falling out, getting dirty underneath, and damaging the band is most disappointing for me. In summary, this is a beautiful watch, but is missing important features that many people expect in a smart watch. Also the band is not likely to last long. I wouldn't consider this a daily wear watch. It is beautiful though, to wear a little piece of MK heaven on your wrist. It really comes down to what you want out if this watch. I haven't decided if I will return or not.

Worst battery life ever. The app is terrible as well. Only reason why I am keeping it is because I can't find my receipt and I paid cash. Would I recommend this smart watch? Absolutely not! I'm incredibly disappointed in Michael kors for making this product!!!

This is my second MK smart watch I have this one in black as well. Everything you expect from a smart watch and more. They're pretty, and different than what's out there, I get compliments all the time. I had a galaxy watch and it broke in a couple months. This one is very tough and durable I've had it for a year already and no issues ever and that's why i bought this rose gold colored version. Great buy with this watch if it comes in different colors I would buy them all.
