[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this and installed on Nov. 6 th. Hasn’t worked on low setting at all. Towel and bulk setting work okay. But nothing on regular setting. Always wet and takes up to 4 hours to get dry. Very unhappy. Having a guy come out today but had to wait two weeks for this appointment!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Horrible - randomly shuts the cycle off

Repaired twice already for same issue that began within about a month of owning (I actually purchased both the washer & matching dryer together & thankfully took out a full warranty on both units). So my issue with the unit is this, you set the timer & it shuts off within a minute and plays the cycle done melody sound. It does not matter if it is a light OR full load. Our control panel was replaced (took 3 months for the company's repair people to be available) & second time it took 2 months for repair people to be available. Of course, this does not include the wait time on the part & the rescheduling for the part to be put in. Great times when you spend a couple grand on what was supposed to be a upgrade from cheap open top models. I'd take my old ones any day over these units.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
