Problem with drying completely

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Missing features I had on my previous Whirlpool stsckables. No pause & (most important) the barely audible little music that plays when cycle is complete is ridiculous … it’s barely audible standing right next to it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this dryer for 3 weeks. I’m getting better at adjusting the settings. I wish a hard copy of a manual with directions had been included. I know I can get one online, but it’s so much easier to get one in the box.

Quit working after 1 day

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dryer quit working after 1 day. When we try to start the dyrer we have to open and then close the door again to get it to actually start. Plus we noted that the steam function does not work properly. The store where we purchased the unit told us to get a technician to come out and find out what was wrong. Why in the world would they make us do all the leg work to get a technician to come out - you would think that the store would take care of getting this issue resolved with minimal effort required on our part. We decided to call Whirpool about this issue and they are sending us a new dyrer but it's been almost 2 months sine we purchased the dryer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
