I had an old Swissgear that I LOVED. :::LOOOOOOOVED::: - as one would guess, they discontinued the model. I've purchased 12 other bags (Swissgear and otherwise). None of them could get my approval. I sent then all back. I just could not find one that fit the bill. The 8120 blew my mind... it is accommodating and meets all the needs. It is lightweight, sturdy, and meets all the needs for my 17" laptop.

Got this about 3 weeks ago, as my old SwissGear backpack was at the end of it's life (served a great 6 years). This new one is so much bigger and tons of room! Absolutely recommend it. Great features and VERY sturdy. I'm sure to get at LEAST 6 years out of this one as well!

I'm not happy with the size of the internal storage compartments. Also no pen/pencil storage. I will use this for business purposes, and I don't feel it is really suited well for this.
