Absolutely love it!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My toddler loves the meditation mouse. He learns all kinds of relaxtion and breathing methods from his teachers at daycare and this goes along with everything he learns perfectly. This definitely helps him calm down when he is having a rough time.

Surprisingly Relaxing for Winding Down at Night

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off this little mouse is super cute and soft. It looks nice just sitting there. The first time we turned it on, my 4 year old son took to it, listened, and went through some of the steps to relax. My son has improved and little by little follow a few more steps, but we are not yet going through the full routine and breathing exercises. It may take a little time to get through everything, but it does serve to help set a good foundation for winding down at night and getting ready for bed. The voice is really friendly and the experience overall is very relaxing. I like all of the options for different soothing noises and the glowing tummy is a nice touch.

Excellent night time companion

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mediation mouse is a huge hit, my daughter uses it at night in the nighttime mode to help fall asleep. It has a soft light to it and plays very calming music. We’ve tried the meditation mode and will continue to try it to learn calming techniques. I do wish that there was an easier way to transition from meditation mode into nighttime mode, it requires you to open the Velcro back and move settings.

Best sleep aid

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This little mouse has multiple sound settings. Day helps with meltdowns and relaxation nighttime helps with sleep. When you push his tummy his belly lights up and a sweet little voice starts talking. Telling my child how to relax after about 10 minutes a noise selected plays for another 10 minutes. This toy has helped my son stay in his bed all night! His older brother wants one too. So he can help him with his transitions (keeping calm through the day)

I love that it is so calming and relaxing to listen too.(breathe in breathe out) My daughter likes listen to it while its naptime. Its really soothing for her. Definitely an awesome toy!

Parent loves, picky toddler doesn’t

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fisher Price’s new Meditation Mouse is absolutely darling. Not only does the soft mouse play calming rest-time songs and sounds, but it can talk your little one through a simple full-body meditation in a way even toddlers can use it to unwind. My son is 24 mos and during the last month or two, he’s developed big feelings and opinions. Sometimes he gets frustrated and can’t quite articulate what is bothering him. He’s also very into identifying his body parts and loves songs like “Head, Shoulders, Knees & Toes.” For those reasons, I thought he was going to LOVE this mouse. I couldn’t have found this product at a better time, or so I thought. My son is used to things like Fisher Price’s bedtime bear that projects soft lights and plays gentle lullabies as well as their lantern that he turns on to make stars project on the ceiling.
I gave Mouse to my son one day before naptime, and he couldn’t stand this mouse. I explained how it worked, showed him the buttons, tried doing it during playtime with him, you name it. I saw him opening his Velcro-back during what was supposed to be his naptime. He figured out how to work the power and volume right off the bat, but that didn’t surprise me. What surprised me was the fact that even after more time, he just can’t stand this toy. He throws him away and fusses any time I try to put Mouse in his crib or bring him out at playtime. I really wish I could figure out why. Heck, I want one for parents. But our Mouse has sat out with his toys for a couple weeks now, and my opinionated guy wants absolutely nothing to do with him. I wasn’t expecting that AT ALL but it’s the truth.
I give Meditation Mouse 5 stars since he’s durable, cute, and relaxing. I think the meditating is a great idea, especially the body parts being acknowledged throughout the recording. But my son gives him 0 stars, and I wish I could tell you why.

Really cute, helpful concept for little ones!

My son is 5, almost 6, and though this toy is geared towards children a bit younger, I felt like he could really benefit from something like this since he sometimes has a bit of a temper. He's used it a couple times (even sat down and acted like he was meditating, which was super cute!) but I'm trying to get him to use it a little more frequently, or at least whenever he feels upset and might need some calming. I think this is such a great idea, and hopefully this mouse can be helpful to others too!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Lovely Light up concept, but needs more features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Meditation mouse concept is wonderful. My toddler girls loved the light up feature and sounds. I just expected this to have more functions, i.e. volume control, more relaxing music (count of songs) and the meditation points the child voice walks you thru should last longer. Good concept but could be enhanced.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
