A mind of its own!

I bought this about six months ago for my then-1-year-old son. He loves the lights - especially the stars - and pressing the buttons to turn each feature on/off. But after about two weeks of using it, at times the device would change music rapidly in a span of five minutes. It regularly did this every night when we first turned it on...but then the rest of the night it was totally fine. Lately it's been malfunctioning more and more...tonight it's been changing sounds and the lights for the last 20 minutes! Being connected to the app on my phone doesn't help...I try to change it back to the settle-soothe-sleep mode, and the device just changes back to all the different sounds/songs in rapid succession. I wouldnt recommend this device...it's not reliable.

Never works

I was very excited for this sound machine it seemed to have checked every box I wanted. Our sounds never work they will not on. It was possible it was a connection between the app and product however we’ve deleted the app re installed it and the sounds still won’t work. Buybuybaby wont return it bc we no longer have the box. We have trouble shooted it a million ways nothing works. It only is good for the nightlight. Very disappointed in the product and the app. I do not recommend to buy at all if you wanted to use mainly as a sound machine.

Ghost in the star projection!

I bought this product for my new little one and it is a great product. I love the animal projection and the sounds! I also enjoy the fact that I can control it from my phone. That said I want to throw it against the wall at night because it clicks through the start projection rapidly without me even turning the product on. I try to turn off the star projection, turn down the light, and even use my phone to do so but nothing will get rid of this ghost in the product. It's like it just chooses to be on. I actually unplug the product during the day so it doesn't turn on in the middle of the day. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone.

This is a wonderful soother!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I intended to use this for my fussy one year old, but my four year old insisted on using it and won’t give it up! He even loves the music! I was surprised that he found it so easy to use, but he quickly learned the buttons and how to make sounds and different motion. Personally, I love the ability to play the music and night light all night, as most soothers/night lights do not offer this ability. Perhaps the best part is the ability to make changes from your phone! This is amazing for parents who don’t want to get out of bed in the middle of the night! This is probably the best soother I have ever tried. It’s ease of use and various functions from animal shapes to different color options and the variety of sounds really make this one of the best. The only reason I gave it four stars is I wish it projected larger and that the projections moved. We have a really cheap planet one that projects moving images. This one I tried is better in all aspects, but I just wish the images could move. In closing, I would recommend this to any new parents and will be buying be for my one year old as my four year old now wants one too! It is really easy to use and the sound are perfect to kill fussy sleepers to sleep.

Very basic for the price when the App doesn’t work

I’ve been using this for three weeks and have been unable to get the app and soother to connect. I have tried multiple devices including my iPhone 7s. I bought this for its great reviews but with its hefty price for not being able to preforme a major selling point, I’m thinking of returning it.

My son loves the music

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We adore this projector, my son loves the music and nosies it makes. It replaced his rock n play sleeper music, finally! We haven’t been able to find anything to soothe him lately and this worked great. He loves the stars on his ceiling and the colors it changes.
Only con I have about it is it’s hard to turn off completely without unplugging it, and also I wish the inside spun so all the animals would project onto the walls in the whole room. But aside from that I would recommend this to any new mom.

Great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently received this item and was very pleased with all the features. I like how many different types of noises / songs you can choose from and the option to turn the lights on and off. Many white noise machines shut off after a selected time which is a problem when you need continuous white noise for your child so that was one big selling feature of this. We did encounter some problems with the app and it syncing but after a while it eventually worked well. Overall I would definitely recommend this product to new parents because of the different capabilities this product provides.

Perfect for my little one!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently received the Smart connect deluxe soother. My little one loves the lights when displayed. She sleeps through the night with a breeze. I wish I would have found this sooner! One of my favorite features is that it can be controlled by the app. Makes parenting much easier! All tunes and natural noises are soothing and perfect for newborns or toddlers. Fisher price never dissapoints.
