No longer of use, no web integration

Camera quality is great…but…
Owned this for about a year and in March 2024 google duo is no longer supported. This camera now can only be used for exercise or hand gestures to change inputs.
Doesn’t connect to built in SmartThings
No longer connects to the web

Wish they had a video calling

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this Samsung camera with the intention of using it primarily for laptop-based video calls and general communication—but I’ve been quite disappointed.
• No Native Video Calling Support: Shockingly, the camera doesn’t support basic video calling apps like Skype, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet. This is a major limitation in today’s remote-first world, and it severely reduces the product’s practicality.
• Poor Laptop Compatibility: I’ve been using it with a laptop, and the clarity isn’t up to the mark. The image is soft and doesn’t perform well even in decent lighting conditions.
• Lack of Purpose: Without the ability to use it for video calls or get reliable image quality, I struggle to understand the use case for this camera. There are far better alternatives in the same or even lower price range.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This camera is an amazing addition. The setup was so easy even I could install it all by myself with no help! Only took maybe 20 minutes to get it up and running. Samsung is 100% my go to for any devices and this camera is yet another product from them that I am completely satisfied in every way with. If your looking for a product anything like this one, Samsung is the way to go without any doubt!
