Don’t waste your money on this track

Where to start with so many design faults… the tracks assembly easily but are very hard to disassemble, the toothed catches for the launchers need to be pushed down as they do not align properly, the first segment of the big loop is loose without any apparent reason, the entry angle in the “Y” before the loop is too wide and cars almost always crash with the sidewalls preventing the cats from completing the loop… I am very disappointed with this product and my son is too. It is more likely that the car will crash somewhere than that it could complete the circuit

Disappointing

The car that came with the set is so light that is launches into the air when released.
Only one loop can be used on each side at a time. If you want the car to go through the big loop at the end… you have to choose a heavier car and not use any of the other “multi” loops. All in all very disappointing!

Very disappointing

We’ve not had any cars make it down the track or do anything exciting. Most just wreck off the first loop. The very few times we’ve made it through the first 2 loops it doesn’t have enough momentum to make it through the final loop. We’ve completed the full circuit zero times out of many tries on a hard floor and with the included car. Very disappointing for my daughter and myself

Got as a Christmas gift. Does not work. Car only goes through one loop and stops. Not worth buying. Will be returning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Son received this set for Christmas. Cars do not go completely through to the end. Now the two launchers, when pressed, do not propel the cars. My 5 year old and I are DISSATISFIED and DISAPPOINTED.

Buy a different track

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I own several of the modern/recent hot wheels tracks and have been satisfied with the quality of each, until now. My son received this track for Christmas and we assembled it immediately. We followed the directions exactly and after completing the build, found that not one car would make it through two loops. Half of the time the cars would launch off the track, the other half of the time they lost too much momentum to make the 2nd or 3rd loop. After a few hours or trying, we gave up. I’ve reached out to customer service to see what they say, but in the mean time, buy a different track! Contacted customer support a week and a half ago and haven't heard back.
